Green tea is made with steamed tea leaves, it has a high concentration of EGCG and has been widely studied. White Tea​
White tea is made from young leaves or growth buds with minimal oxidation. It contains the most antioxidant and studies show that it has the most potent anticancer properties.

Oolong Tea​
Oolong tea is made from wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized leaves, creating an intermediate kind of tea. It contains the third highest amounts of antioxidant and is found to lower bad cholesterol levels.

Black Tea​
Black tea is produced when tea leaves are wilted, bruised, rolled, and fully oxidized. It contains the least amount of antioxidant and highest concentration of caffeine. Studies have shown that black tea may protect lungs from damage caused by exposure to cigarette smoke. It also may reduce the risk of stroke.
